As the Owner of The Tox Boutique, Jayme has built her practice around a simple belief: aesthetic medicine should be thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in science.

Known for her honest approach, advanced facial assessment skills, and commitment to patient education, Jayme specializes in creating personalized treatment plans that focus on long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes. She believes the best results come from understanding the whole patient—not just the area being treated.

What began as a passion for helping patients look and feel their best has grown into a thriving aesthetic and wellness practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care, natural-looking results, and an unmatched patient experience.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Jayme can be found leading her team, continuing her education, cheering on her children, and pursuing her mission of helping others feel confident in their own skin.

Ami is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency medicine, urgent care, critical care transport, and primary care. Her extensive clinical experience, combined with a compassionate and patient-centered approach, allows her to provide safe, thoughtful, and individualized care to every patient.

Ami is passionate about creating Individualized treatment plans that are appropriate, effective, and aligned with each patient’s goals.

Outside of the clinic, Ami enjoys traveling, continuing her education, and spending time with her husband and their French Bulldogs. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and providing the highest standard of care to every patient she serves.

MASTER ESTHETICIAN

Born and raised in Roanoke, Allison is a Master Esthetician with a passion for skin health, education, and results-driven care. After earning her degree in Business and Real Estate, she completed both her Basic and Master Esthetics training and specializes in creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Allison’s true passion lies in skin health education. She believes that great skin starts with understanding not only which products to use, but why they work. With extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatment modalities, and skin physiology, she helps clients navigate the often-overwhelming world of skincare by creating customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, spending sunny days at the beach, staying active with her boyfriend, and relaxing with her miniature schnauzer and cat. Her commitment to continued education makes her a trusted resource for patients seeking both expert guidance and exceptional care.

Allie’s passion for aesthetics began long before esthetics school, providing beauty services for family and friends and discovering a genuine love for helping others feel confident in their own skin. After putting herself through esthetics school, she turned that passion into a career and now specializes in personalized skincare treatments designed to help clients look and feel their best.

Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Allie enjoys creating customized experiences that blend relaxation with results. She offers facials, waxing, lash and brow services, dermaplaning, and skin consultations, always taking the time to understand each client’s goals and concerns.

Allie believes esthetics is more than skincare—it’s about building confidence, creating meaningful connections, and helping clients carve out time for self-care. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and cared for.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Tahirah was born and raised right here in Roanoke, Virginia, where she learned the importance of community and genuine care from a young age. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Radford University, her journey eventually led her to the dynamic world of aesthetics.

Tahirah is often the first voice you’ll hear and the first face you’ll see at The Tox Boutique. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she manages the daily schedule, helps keep the practice running smoothly, and serves as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their experience.

Known for her warm smile and genuine compassion, Tahirah is dedicated to ensuring each interaction is seamless, personalized, and positive.

Outside of work, Tahirah enjoys exploring Roanoke’s vibrant culture, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Lindsay Crenshaw is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a passion for helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance natural beauty while preserving the unique features that make each patient who they are.

As Medical Director of The Tox Boutique, Dr. Crenshaw works closely with our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, medical oversight, and evidence-based care. Her aesthetic interests include skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, advanced laser technologies, and facial balancing, with a particular passion for CO₂ laser resurfacing and its ability to dramatically improve skin quality, texture, and signs of aging.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Patients can often find her collaborating with our team throughout the year, sharing her expertise, participating in advanced trainings, and helping bring the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine to The Tox Boutique.
